Making A Purchase
1. Find a product you want (using the selections on the left or hit the search link above)
2. Click the 'Add to Cart' button
3. You'll be taken to another page and asked how many you want. Click the 'Confirm' button
4. Repeat 1-3 until you have everything you want
5. Want to change whats in your cart? Click 'View Cart' at the page top
6. Done shopping? Click 'Checkout' at the page top
7. Checkout 1: Tick the box if you want a delivery to an address other than your credit card's
8. Checkout 2: Delivery charge has now been properly calculated. Enter the name & address of your credit/debit card
9. Checkout 3: Enter a delivery address (only appears if you ticked the box at step 7)
10. Checkout 4: Select a payment method - credit/debit card, paypal, nochex
11. You will now be transferred to a secure website to enter your credit card details (or paypal/nochex as appropriate)
Shipping Costs & Method
Delivery is Free for orders over £60. For orders under £60 there is a one off charge of £4.99 inc VAT.
Orders placed before 2pm will be sent the same day.
Royal Mail 1st class recorded
We use generally for items under 1Kg.
The postman will knock on your door and ask for a signature. If you're not in, they'll leave a card asking you to collect from your local depot.
24 Hour Courier
Your parcel should arrive next working day.
If you're not in the driver may call again later that day, or leave a card with a telephone number on.
You can specify different addresses for invoice and delivery, so why not get it delivered:

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be telephoned (or emailed if no telephone number is available ) with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Vat Charges
All product prices on the website include VAT at 20%
The 'Edit Cart' and 'Checkout' pages show the VAT at the bottom under the subtotal.
A VAT invoice is posted with every order.
Our VAT number is 756-0993-95
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We don't get to see your credit card details. Our website will pass you to a secure third party website to pay.
We use: SECPay - PayPal - Nochex These companies are dedicated online transactors and stake their reputation on security.
Only us, and the transactors above get to see your email address. We won't pass it on to anyone else.
We will not send you email newsletters unless you have opted to do so. (an option appears at the end of the ordering process)
Us, the transactors above and the courier get to see your phone number. The courier finds it useful if you are absent or cannot find your address. If you don't want to specify a phone number, then please don't.

Green Policy
A statement on how we do try to pack your orders in an eco-friendly way, mainly by avoiding plastics:
We never buy bubble wrap or any other type of plastic packaging
We use the pages of newspapers and telephone directories for packaging.
Its free to us and excess gets recycled.
The boxes we get stock in, are resent to you.
We buy misprinted and second hand boxes, prefering unbleached.
Our invoices are printed on recycled paper
In our office you'll find recycled paper notepads, aluminium pens (and fairtrade tea) ... you get the idea
